- Our usual shipping time is three days on average, with one-day shipping available. We also provide next-day delivery.
- Six days a week, we can deliver same-day in Dublin, Ireland. Orders must be placed before 1 p.m. If you order after 1 p.m., we may deliver it by hand; otherwise, your purchase will be delivered the next day; the delivery period is Monday through Friday. On weekends, same-day delivery can be arranged by contacting our customer service department.

- Free shipping on all orders over €79 IE &NI. Free shipping on all orders over €97 UK & EU. €6.99 flat rate for orders under €79 IE &NI. €11.99 flat rate for orders under €79 for UK & EU. Handbags and final sale items are non-returnable. You have 14 days from arrival to return an item back to us.
- If your order is placed before 1 p.m., same-day delivery and local pickup cover both delivery and collection to any location within Dublin. If you're shopping outside of Ireland, same-day deliveries are not available; instead, expect to receive your order the next day. If you're shopping outside of Ireland, fast delivery will be dependent on your location.

- We provide our customers with a click and collect service from our warehouse in (Unit 9 Ossory Court, 24 Ossory Rd, North Strand, Dublin 3, D03 VW70 which is conveniently located just off Connolly Station or On the North Strand Road.)
- Simply go to our online shop, select the item you want, proceed to the online checkout, and then select I'll pick up my purchase or phone the office to reserve your order.
